I’m a full-time real estate broker with John L. Scott’s Bothell office, serving clients throughout Snohomish, King, and Island Counties. With nearly two decades in real estate and deep roots in the Northend communities, I bring a calm, client-first approach to every move. Before becoming a broker, I was a laborer at my dad's new construction sites and a long-time nanny, giving me both hands-on understanding of how homes are built from the ground up and a strong, people-first mindset. That experience, combined with my Certified Negotiation Specialist designation, allows me to spot opportunities, advocate strongly at the table, and help both buyers and sellers make confident, informed decisions. I’m known for skilled staging and presentation, clear communication, and tech-forward marketing that showcases each property across today’s digital channels.

My practice is centered around a wide range of lifestyles and life stages: luxury homes, new construction, first-time buyers, listings and sellers, downsizing, condos and townhomes, la VA and military clients, and second homes. Outside of real estate, I’m actively involved in the community as a local school volunteer, youth sports assistant, and participant in neighborhood activities. I love exploring the trails, parks, and local restaurants around Snohomish, King, and Island Counties, and I enjoy travel, fitness and sports,  and time with family..
